Precinct is the largest owner, developer, and manager of premium real estate in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.
The main project goal was to develop a modern, high-performing website that reflects their new visual identity. The website needed to encompass Precinct’s ambition and experience in creating great places for people and businesses.
Multisite CMS
We picked Laravel with Statamic CMS on AWS infrastructure as a foundation for Precinct. One of the challenges was coming up with a flexible single point of content management for multiple residential property sub-sites such as Fabric or OMC. This flexible structure allows easily adding more sub-sites with the unique visual design each, driven by the single CMS.
